BIG news folks! We won in our lawsuit against the State of California in our SB9 lawsuit!! –ALL– cities that are Charter cities (have their own constitution) in California are affected by this trial court ruling. This news is just in and more forthcoming!

SB9 is a State law that was passed a few years ago that allows a single family home to be destroyed and replaced with two town homes, with ADU’s (attached or not). Parking requirements remain the same. No affordability requirements, no impact fees, no way for a community to say no. This State law effectively eliminates -all- single-family homes in California!
